Setting expectations, ensuring clarity
At NORTH ARIZONA GENERATOR REPAIR, we strive for transparent and fair service. This page outlines important disclaimers and common situations to help you understand our repair process and policies. We value your business and want to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Understanding repair commitments
We understand that unexpected repairs can be stressful. Please note that a deposit may be required to begin work, covering initial diagnostics or parts procurement. This deposit is an essential part of securing your repair slot and material. We require full payment upon completion of the repair; unfortunately, equipment cannot be released until all charges are settled. Non-payment or threats to involve authorities regarding equipment return will be handled according to our legal terms and service agreement.

Navigating service agreements & timelines
Before any work begins, we require agreement to our work order service agreement. This document clearly outlines the scope of work, estimated costs, and timelines. We appreciate your understanding that repair times can vary based on parts availability and complexity. While we aim for efficient service, unreasonable time demands can lead to misunderstandings. Our goal is to provide quality repairs, which sometimes requires patience.

Addressing wear and tear & part costs
It's common for equipment, especially older models, to experience wear and tear over time. While we understand concerns about repair costs, the need for parts due to normal aging is often unavoidable. We will always provide transparent breakdowns of part costs. For many of our neighbors in the Concho-Vernon-Show Low area, older equipment is common. Please be aware that for some older machines, the cost of necessary repairs and replacement parts might exceed the current market value of the equipment itself. We will always discuss these situations with you transparently before proceeding.
