Understanding our service commitments
At NORTH ARIZONA GENERATOR REPAIR, we believe in clear communication and fair practices. This section outlines our policies on work orders, deposits, and payments, ensuring a smooth and transparent repair process for all our valued customers in the Concho-Vernon-Show Low area.

Our work, our value: No trades, fair fees
We understand that our community is close-knit, and many of our neighbors have supported us. However, it's crucial to understand that our technicians, like any other business, cannot work for free or accept "trades in lieu of payment." Our fees reflect the skilled work, expertise, and time invested in diagnosing and repairing your equipment. We provide professional 4-stroke and 2-stroke engine repair, tackling complex electronic concerns for generators, standby units, mowers, edgers, pumps, compressors, and quads. While we aim to be affordable, accepting trade-ins of old equipment is not a viable business practice for us, as it rarely matches the value of our services and is often difficult to resell.

Why deposits are essential
To ensure commitment from both sides, we require a deposit for all repair work. This deposit serves as a good faith gesture, confirming your seriousness about proceeding with the repair. It allows us to allocate resources, order necessary parts, and dedicate our technicians' time to your specific needs. This practice helps us maintain efficiency and provides assurance that we are fully committed to resolving your equipment issues promptly and professionally.

Understanding repair costs and equipment value
We pride ourselves on providing affordable services, but it’s important to acknowledge that for some older equipment, the cost of repair can sometimes exceed its current market value. We will always strive to provide transparent estimates and discuss this possibility with you upfront. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision about whether repairing your equipment is the most economical choice. We encourage you to visit our Pricing & Estimates page for more detailed information on how we determine costs and ensure fairness.
